Personally, no. i just think there are bigger issues in the world to be concerned with than having my breasts slit open and filled with artificial stuff. i think its sad that anyone would be so absorbed with their appearance. in saying that i don't dislike these woman for it, but its not something i'd do.
And id imagine alot of guys would feel that way ^. Then again, im sure theres other guys who couldn't care less.

Women think that breast size alone equates to attractiveness. Not so. It's the balance of ones hips, shoulders, waist, etc. that really counts. If balance is there, any boob will look great.

i nvr actually had a gf with fake boobs to tell u for sure ... but i think that i'd stick to the real thing. men who want more are just greedy. however if women would like to have bigger boobs then that's a diff story.
i don't mind them at all... an ex of mine had fake 36DD's, which were great to tittyfuck. i would never ask my wife to do surgery, though.
Real tits are better. But fake tits can be an improvement for some girls. And is it just me, or is Posh Spice not very attractive, at all.
