I like to hide my face under the blanket before I sleep. I've only read bad things about it but I'm much more comfortable sleeping if the television is on. I don't like to get lost in my own thoughts when I'm going to sleep or it takes way too long and I get worried about things that don't exist.

    Me too.

I also need the baby monitors to be on. and my door has to be open just in case the monitor breaks..

i like it to be as dark as possible... that's about it...

i'm a little more picky when i'm generally getting enough sleep, but lately it's been hard to even make it all the way to my bed before i fall asleep... especially since my couch is more comfortable than my bed...

Here we close down all connection with the exterior, like interphone, door bell, we put on the chain to the door, we close the hall door, make sure the entrance door is locked, I close my bedroom door and I pull over the curtains, to keep it as dark as possible in my room - though there are plenty of lightbulbs in the area... from our neighbors.

I can sleep in any situation if I'm tired enough. Lights, closet, stereo, door, on/off, open/closed, it really doesn't bother me. But I do have more difficulty getting to sleep if I'm not naked.

My tinnitus requires a fan for the white noise. Otherwise I'll stay up for hours just listening to the perpetual ringing.

I also need it to be cold so I can snuggle under the blankets.

    Oh, and two pillows.
