You here that arsonists attacked a Mcdonalds in the UK in june? A spokesperson described the remains. Ruble. Ruble Ruble.
You'd look hot, I am sure it's healthy, they wouldn't put it on shelves if it wasn't good for you... That's why I eat out of tubs of lard I just sit and scoop it out with my hands... haha nice... My favorite is when I see people eating McDonalds but yet drink a diet coke... Way to go!
haha this sounds like my ex-roommate. She always had all kinds of "diet" drinks, but also had chocolate, ice cream, cookies, all kinds of not so diety snacks.
I have major fluctuation issues. There are days I'll take in less than 1000 calories and there are days where I'll pull in 5-6000 calories. Just depends on how much time and/or money I have, really. When things are more stable I generally stay in the 2,200 - 2,500 range. Still can't break past 145lbs though, and I never lose weight. I don't think it really matters how I eat. haha
i'm actually thinking of trying PSMF (protein sparing modified fast) or a close offshoot of that. still doing lots of reading on it and reading up on TKD (targeted ketogenic diet)
I usually eat very healthy. I'm broke now though, so all my money goes to the Wendy's dollar menu and cheap beer.
I haven't been counting calories lately. I used to stay under 1,000. I know I exceeded that this morning. haha
I found a site where u list the food u ate during the day and they will calculate the calories u consumed for that day. http://caloriecount.about.com/ Just for todays breakfast I had 839 calories...and that wasn't counting the coffee I had at work either
