Good Online Pipe sites??

still waiting for my scale (and the other thread was deleted!!!!!!!)
honestly, i am upset. i hav been waiting for weeks, and it's wasting my time!
i need to know
whether i am going to get my scale
or if i should buy one

 

Guys, you cannot be scammed by a site selling legal items. I would report them and get your money back.

but if i don't get my scale soon, it will be hard for me to recommend CGP...

 

well i finally got my beaker water piece in the mail...it took 13 business days to get here from the day i ordered it. 4th to the 13th. But i would say it is of exceptional quality. I feel like if it ever slipped out of my hands, it would survive at least once, especially on my hardwood floor. The glass on glass slide is a lot better than those with the black o-rings that don't seal. So in total view of CGP, the product is totally worth it, but the ship time isn't that great, so it gives you something to look forward to even though i hate waiting. It still sux i didn't get the free shipping and free gift deal going on cause i had my piece in the cart for like 3 months, but only 50 bucks for my piece is worth it. As long as the prices don't go up i'll keep shopping.

cgpbuyer i would say try sending a pm with all of your info to cgp here on hipforums. shes probably pretty busy with all of the orders and everything on that site plus i think she has or helps run other businesses. i know for me when i tried to contact her via email or telephone there was no responce. i think shes still doing everything herself so thats what EVERYONES orders are slow so its just how it is.

 

CGP is legit. Do not worry. Between me and my friends we have spent about $400+ on three different orders over the span of the past year. Some shipped slower than others but once you get the glass you will see it was all worth it. Just give it some time.

this scale is sick, takes fast readings, and is very accurate (amw blade-400). thank you soooo much heather.

 

I cannot get in touch with anybody at CGP after ordering a large amount of merchandise. I am begining to think that it is a scam. Please somebody reinsure me that it is not I would love if heather would reply.

 

dont worry dude, they don't communicate that well and ship time was very slow for me although the stuff you get will be incomparable.

 

I placed an order with them on the 19th of this month and have heard and recieved nothing yet. i have sent 3 e-mails and left 3 voice mails and nothing. no idea if they are legit or not. im going to give it another week then call my credit card company

 

still nothing, no return call's or e-mail's im not sure if im being scammed but thr longer the wait the more it tells my gun to call my credit company! This is such a headach! a responce would be nice


there mail box was full and unable to except calls 30 min ago; i call again and they are accepting voice messages.

i just wish cgp was able to contct their customers better.

 

I'm having the same problem. I ordered from them on april 1st and i still haven't recieved anything. I pretty much gave up trying to contact them. hopefully it will come one day.

 

i would continue calling them. this way ypu have a record to prove you were making an attempt at contacting them.

for me my item was over 200, i am considdering calling the poliece on this one.

 

I am also thinking about doing a skip trace and trying to get some real names and numbers of the people in control of CGP

the lack of customer support is horrible, what makes it worse is this directly from the site. "We are commited to our customers, providing only the best customer service"

I just spoke with someone named Heather on the phone. She told me she was not at her computer and asked if i would call back in 35 - 40 min. lets see what happens

 

Again i spoke with Heather on the phone, she said they were on vacation the 19th - 23rd she assured my order would be shipped tommorow.

We were indeed on vaction the 19th-23rd. I've been very busy scrambling to get everyones orders out. I am now taking phone calls if you need help.

I wish I had a big staff to help, but I dont. So sometimes it takes a day to return emails and phone calls. And if you blow my phone up, it makes me not want to call you back at all. Though of course I do.

Just be patient folks. We have never ripped anyone off. Our credit card processor would of dropped us long ago if that were the case.
On average order's are received in 4 business days. I think that is a very reasonable amount of time to receive an online purchase. Much faster than our competition can deliver.

 

Just got my order today from CGP.. glass blunt.. ordered last week.. got it today.. thanks heather.. will definitely be doing more business in the future
