SDS (Students for a Democratic Society) has a bunch of great info. on the SDSwiki. SDS is an awesome group (originally from the 60s, but refounded in 2006) that works to organize students and youth to fight oppression in their schools and communities.

Here's an orgainizer's manual (links to info. about organizing, media work, tactics, oppression, privilege, etc.):

Chapter Building and Organizing Basics (this is written mostly about organizing an SDS chapter, but you can apply it to organizing any kind of group):

I don't know where you live, but here's some info. on Small Town Organizing: http://www.newsds.org/wiki/index.php?title=Small_Town_Organizing

And... last but not least, a reading list: http://www.newsds.org/wiki/index.php?title=Reading_List

Mazel tov, and good luck! [IMG]
