My omni friends always say before tripping that they should eat so that food dosen't seem so weird. I never have that feeling. I'm sure it's because I'm vegan and my diet is just what I am supposed to eat, so I never feel weird. I can definately see how eating meat or eggs or dairy would trip a person out though. I think it is because I have a more natural human diet and I'm not eating anything that I wasn't made to eat. Anyone else have omni or even veggie friends that think eating meat/dairy/eggs is strange while tripping?

    Intresting theory :)

Not that I've ever needed drugs to find those 'foods' weird, worked it out all by my-sober-self.

psychedelics just put you more in tune with your "natural self" so that is why my friends have problems eating when they are tripping. Anyway, has anyone else seen this phenomina?

if were actualy talking about triping out and having some fun with some real psychedlics my stomach has never been feeling up for any food....orange juice (supposed to enhance the trip) with my shrooms....just plain water with others...but definatly no food. But I like the idea....people finally thinking outside the box...there minds expanding and thoughts being freed....coming upon the realisiation of the true craziness of the animal industry. But I assume they went back to diggin there meat as soon as the trip was done?
    Peace

When your trippin for 48+ hours straight - you definately need some food. Yes they continued eating meat after the trip, but I'm sure it got them thinkin'

Before I was vegetarian, I ate pepperoni pizza while tripping on shrooms and it tasted like death(don't ask how i knew what death tastes like". I never ate pepperoni again and went vegetarian a few months later.

I have some bad news for you crazy hippies, eating meat is actually perfectly natural, not saying you have to like it, but it is natural. Oh, and drugs, not legal. Keep on trucking fat heads.

I find alot of things a little too weird when I'm tripping, food included. Food, pregency, cars, jumping, mugs, floors/ceilings/roofs, fruniture(sp). It's all alot of really weird shit.
