one of the teachers at school smelled bud on me cuz i just got done smoking and she took me to the office and i forgot i had e on me the whole time (i used to always carry shit) and i tried to ditch it cuz i was gonna get checked and i got the pill and tried to just swallow it so i dont get caught with possession and they came in when the office wen i was about to swallow it. go ahead and call me stupid for it but its still the dummest thing ive ever done and i accept it

Ya why would you spit it out. Plus all they would have seen was a pill or something going into your mouth. Theres numerous legal things that you could have said it was.

What state/province are you in? Different areas have different laws. If you're in Canada, you might be less fucked than if you're in Texas. Regardless, you should be more concerned about staying out of jail than avoiding drug tests...

^im assuming drug counseling means the same thing as rehab. right now im halfway threw the 6 months of rehab i got ordered. its easy to do anything but weed in here. i go twice a week and soon ill be starting once a week but i also got 2 na meetings a week and i have to maintain a na sponser. it suxs. if it is rehab just be careful not to get thrown into inpatient, around here theyll do that for 2 ua fails. in fact u dont even have to fail any ua's theyll throw u in for behaviroal problems too.

 

i imagine he had not quite put it into his mouth by the time they were in full view of him. THAT would be awkward Lol! one teacher is like 'yeh this kid ive got in the other room smells like pot, i want you to check him out' and they open the door and the kid is sitting there looking at a pill in his hands

 

once again,, if your under 17 you have a free ride.. the juvenile justice system is a fucking joke..
i for the life of me dont know why kids get so freaked out,anyone thats ever dealt with the system knows the parents of the kids are more likely to have the bulk of the grief over there child gettin busted than the kid..

yeah kid gets a couple drug counseling meetings a month,while parent has to completely change schedule to get the kid to court,then get the kid to his counsiling etc..
yeah kid gets a free ride parent has to pay in time and money..

So I am guessing that te Op is in the US. That being said, my best guess is one year of piss tests while on probation. Just a guess, of course.
