are you really sure it is dry skin? almost all flaking is due to sensitive skin. water is drying to skin. you could try washing with dove for sensitive skin in the bar form. soap is harsh. dove is not soap. to have soap the "soapfacation process" must be used. dove is not made by soapfacation. dove is what is called a "sydent." it cleans and also leaves far, far, more mosture on skin then soap. if your skin feels tight after washing with soap then, it has been over dried out by by both the soap and water. body washes are even milder then a sydent but, here again dove body wash for sensitive skin is the best. you can use any moisturzer for sensitive skin that does not have any fragrance or, lanolin in it. i use lubriderm seriously sensitive lotion but, there are other brands out there too. you might also try using a lundary detergent and fabric sofener that is fragrance free too. i hate to tell you this but, most likely your acne is being cause by your biochemistry. has there been any changes in your menstrual cycles in the last few months? is it possible you could be pregnant? have you started and/or come off any medications in the last few months? could you possible be under too much physical and/or psychological stress? i hope this is helpful for you.

well there has been a major change in my menstrual cycle. since i had my second son it has been out of wack. It would start a few days late or early then i would only have it for 3 days or even 10 days. yes i have been under a shit load of stress for the past 5 months but i had no acne then so why now when all the stress and problems are gone? i guess im just gonna go see a dermatoligist and see what they can do. thanks for your help hun

Take a tablespoon of coconut oil daily, and put it on the dry skin.

Joba oil is a really good face oil, also make sure you drink plenty of waster sometimes not enough water can give people skin problems.
Stress could be a cause of problems like that also. That’s about all I know about facials.

Stress and hormones will definitely make your skin whack. Sounds like you have combo skin and I do too. They have really good stuff at the body shop, its kinda expensive, but I use the seaweed products and it really does great things for my skin. Maybe try exfoliants too, that might help... ahh good luck! It sucks when your skin doesn't look good.

Are you exfoliating? My skin gets dry or oily if I don't exfoliate. Exfoliating with a at home product everyday and going for a microdermabrasion a few times a year with drasticly improve your skin.

Your body has too much mucus, which will cause dry, flakey skin.. Avoid mucus forming foods.. drink more pure water, plain water, no additives. Avoid dairy products.. eat leafy greens, apples, oranges, and cherries., snack on fruit and veggie sticks.

If you are feeding your baby, formula, switch to Goats Milk.. since you are full of mucus, most likely so is your baby.. not to worry your baby will be fine.

Perhaps you sodium is off a bit, as sodium cuts mucus. Bananas have both sodium and potassium, which the body needs in equail ammounts.. Your body is over acid and a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar twice a day will help nutralize the over acidity in your system.

    Birght Blessings
