I hope you feel better soon. I know it hurts no matter how you lose you love one. My Cyndi died Feb. 29, 1996, at the time I was kind of glad it was that day because Feb. 29, only come every 4 years. I use to go to the garage and look for her to be there for a whole year after I had her put to sleep. (The other day I thought I could smell her in the garage.) I especially miss her at Christmas because it was about 1 1/2 weeks before Christmas when I brought her home in the pocket of my London Fog coat. (She was that small. ) I know that it hurts and there are no real words that make it better but know that your pet loved you and that she/he is probally having a good time running in God's big backyard.
I lost my 13 yr old dog, Max (coincidence huh?) this summer. He too could barely walk, he was getting blind, and he became mean towards people as he got older. He was too old and sick so my dad put him down in July. Id had him since I was 3. I miss him lots, but you will begin to get over it. IT takes a long time though. I sware sometimes i can still hear him barking around the house. I have another dog that im even more attached to then Max, but hes still got a good 6-10 years to go (hopefully)
well I didnt know if you were referring to me or matty....... he wrote more than I did. so excuse me for not knowing who you were making fun of.
I am sorry to hear of the loss of your dog. They do become family and when they die we need to grieve them.
