'She' has lived here in the usa since she was 4 years old, grew up, and graduated high school. Once turning 18, you have to go back to mexico within 6 months or you receive a bar of 3 years from the usa. Basically banned for 3 years. She followed the law, packed a bag, and left. I would like to try to bring her here on a K-1 fiancee visa. I am a citizen of course. If anyone can help me do this, please reply. Please I love her more than anything and I want her back

Bud, you gotta get an immigration attorney...it can be done but the process is a pain in the ass and lengthy, not to mention $$$. I wish I could tell you a happy story but I've worked some with this and the attorney is probably the first place to start...and an attorney that specializes in immigration law. Buena suerte

I tired to do the fiance visa a few years ago and failed. By chance she had the same last name as i do (a common name in my neck of the woods) So they thought we were family trying to cheat the system. However other members have been successful in the venture of K1-visa. Thanks to the good ol U.S.A immigration crap rules our relationship ended, and she was such a great woman

Yeah it's pretty hard. I do love this girl and I'll be disappointed if it doesn't work out. Isn't there a lawyer out there nice enough to just help someone? I don't have much hope of trying to do it by myself.
