Guidlines for smoking in public

i was just reading the conversation thread and people were saying its easy to smoke in public, i want to know how. What tips do you guys have? where should i go? a park, in my car, somewhere else? what do you do if a cop pulls up and you are outside?in you car? just add whatever tips you have basically how do you get away with smoking in public?

 

I smoke in public all the time, once you do it enough you get a routine going and you can organise yourself fast. just go somewhere with little people- like a park or something.

 

Dont act nervious whatsoever. I mean, just do whatever you want as long as you arent surronded by people.

 

Well the people I was talking about (the ones that almost got caught) were smoking in a stupid spot, not all spots in public are bad. Just stay away from main roads and dead ends and you should be fine.

 

where do you normally go? just outside in the park
im asking because i just recently got caught when i was smoking in the park, well we ran and my car was left in the parking lot and they had a sting operation on it

Whereever I am. Ive gotten to the point where ill smoke anywhere as long as A. No on will see me. And B. If im staying in the same place for awhile afterwards, then the smell will disipate. I usually just smoke, and move. If you have more then 2 minutes then your fine.

 

Smoke a joint or a blunt, everything else says "I am smoking weed over here".

 

so just walk around in a non crowded place(duh) with a joint and it should be ok? we had an apple pipe and were just sitting on some steps near a kinda back road thing but it was close to the main road and someone mightve seen us/it was just a normal 8:00 park patrol. the whole situation was fucked up

 

If I'm at school I smoke in the alley, the guy who owns the house smokes pot and matches us everday.

After school I either sesh in my friends ice hut or the forest or the skatepark.

lol the skatepark is actually the same spot were those kids got caught, but when me and my friends smoke there we actually go behind the building... Not just sit out in the open brewing pales lol.

 

Get a sneaker toke. They are like 4-5 bucks, and really discreate.

usually i smoke at home, but with summer my sister will be home and i dont want her knowing, although itd be easier if she did, and also ill be out alot climbing and working and since the first time i ever decided to smoke out in public i got caught im real worried about doing it again

 

If you can follow these two guidelines then you shouldn't have any problems.
1. Act confident. If you act like there's nothing wrong with taking a hit while walking down the sidewalk, then Joe Average walking the other way isn't likely to call the cops.
2. A respectable officer of the law once told me this..."Don't smoke weed in front of cops."

That said, before you smoke in public just make sure you can handle it if you do get caught because it's always a possibility that you could get caught.

 

Heres another good tip.

If you find a spot and you have to think "hmm is this spot safe?" leave because it isn't.... Well unless you just saw the place for the very first time then check it out.

 

If you really don't want to get caught, do it about 200 yards away from a bank... while it's being robbed. As the guy who taught the only day of traffic school i ever went to would have said,"that way you're invisible to the police."

 

Smoke joints. When a cop is coming up you can just flick it away and you won't get charged for anything if your quick enough. Also never carry too much paraphenlia on you and just don't make yourself obvious.

 

^Dress up in a fancey suite and tie, make sure your shoes are polished, wear a rolex, and keep all your shit in a shiney briefcase

 

^That could work, but if you smell like pot any cop would think a person that rich must be a huge drug dealer lol.

 

Bring what you are going to smoke nothing more. Roll it in a J that way there is no paraphanelia on you. Do it in a spot where the smell and you are out of peoples minds.

 

There's this thing in psychology called the spot light effect. We tend to think that people notice us way more than they do. The fact is, most people are way too concerned about their own shit to even notice that you're toking, much less give a shit. Your best defense is common sense.

 

1. smoking in public should never involve more than 2 people.... the bigger the group the more likely you are to be seen.. plus its kinda suspicious looking when like 4 people are sharing the same "cigarette"...

2. dont loiter.. keep movin


i smoke in public all the time and i have never ever in my life been caught by a cop nor have i ever had a pariph ticket or a possession ticket
