You have a lawyer? Ask him and he can find out for you as he will be in contact with the prosecutors. Thats the only way to find out.

 

Yeah, there are places you can call to find out about your case. You don't even need a lawyer. Call the courts and just ask.

 

Convict you of what? Posession?
That's not too bad, you said you had half an O right?
I know in Cali you have to have an ounce or above to be charged with possession with intent to sell.
