HI IM a bit west of philly but have had a small cabin upstate as well and used to have a small place along the water in MD till the big condo company came in and bought out the trees and woods where we were able to rent the land and turned it into just another damned condo on the water and ruined it for us boater camper type hippies and such I hope to have a pm on here soon and will post my email and such shortly too feel free to contact me or give me a contact I love to chat it up
