Ich spreche deutsch aber ich brauche hilfen...

    Ok my problem is for example the topic right..

    "Ich spreche deutsch aber ich brauche hilfen..."

    Did I say that setence correct?
    Mainly the parts that are in bold..

    I say this because the last sentence (after aber) "ich brauche hilfen" im trying to say i need help...

    So! Ich weiß nicht.. Ist es "Ich brauche hilfen."? Oder... "Ich brauche hilfe."?

    Ok I get it now...

    Ich brauche Hilfe for the reason because I conjugated brauchen and so does hilfen :p

    Helfen is a verb and Hilfe is a noun. And you need to use a noun with the verb brauchen. Its brauchen + accusative case.

    BTW, its : Ich spreche Deutsch, not deutsch. The first letter of a noun
    is always written in caps...;)

    "Hilfen" does not exist in german

    Ok now I get the accusative and dative cases (was always confused with that)

    Yeah I know XD I'm just use to typing everything lowercase and crappy because of final fantasy 11 (online mmorpg i play with german people XD)

    Well I discovered (and forgot to post this) help is a verb lol idk why i never knew that it's Helfen lol so the title should be Ich verstehe Deutsch aber ich brauche helfe lol...

    The title would be: ich verstehe Deutsch, aber ich brauche Hilfe. Helfen is the verb, to help, Hilfe is the noun help... and helfen is an irregular verb: ich helfe, Du hilfst, er hilft, wir helfen, Ihr helft, Sie/sie helfen. It's a bit complicated, yes. There is no noun Helfe, only Hilfe, and there is no verb hilfen, only helfen. A little bit clearer? :)
