I have 8 clones on the go and i think i might have a bit of a problem. 2 of th plants have some of the upper-outer leaves that are curling up a bit on the edges. By reading Jorges book he talks about curled down leaves from overwatering but not about curled down. I was wondering if i'm underwatering? They get watered Sat and Tues -4L of water with A-B Veg +B52 all in 6inch pots. Could it be that they are not getting enough nutrients or too much. All plants under a 400hps 18 inch above.
I have a couple strains that do that, kinda like they are stretching to the light. probly the same thing, no biggie if im right- they just love heat and light. Is there any burning?
If just the very tip's are curling upward, it could mean that they are having a problem taking in/up moisture and nutrient's. This could be cause by a salt build up. If you are using nute's too often, it will create salt build up's that can cause blockage problem's for the plant. Give them a real good flushing with plain water. It's good to flush them every 3-4 week's. If that doesn't help, it could be heat stress. It is very common and shouldn't affect growth. Just raise the light a little bit. If you have a fan blowing across the top of the canopy and across the bulb, you can really cut down on heat issue's.
There is no burning on the leaves. i also hahv a fan blowing across them. I was wondering if i was underwatering or is that enough for them?

Not just a drink...you have to FLUSH them to get the salt's out. I flower my girl's in 3 gallon container's, so I usually flush them with about 4-5 gallon's of plain water when needed. If you have good drainage, you won't have a problem.
Flush as directed, but do so with an acidic H2O solution and then a clear rinse. A point and a half or so off your normal Ph level. If you have no clue what the Ph is, mix 1/2 cup white vinegar with one gallon of water and flood the plant. Wait 15-30 min and flood with distilled H2O twice. The nurients are mostly stripped. Feed the plant in a couple of days.
