i want to order some salvia, preferably from bouncingbearbotanicles.com but im in school and i want to know what the packaging says. i know salvia's legal but still, im worried. :leaving:
I always get mine in a little mini personal pizza box, and it doesnt say anything about salvia or BBB on the outside of the box.
Their packaging is always indescreet with nothing to indicate what it pertains to, or what type of company it came from. It doesn't even mention botanicals or plant materials. Happy traveling!! Wiz
If you're in school, treat it as a care package. There is a ton of packages that go through your school. Just don't make a big deal about it. Get your mail & throw it in your bag & enjoy your newly delivered *book*. Have fun. No big deal what so ever.
You could always have people that frown upon it, but if your question is can I get in legal trouble for it? You need to go www.sagewisdom.org or www.salvia.net . Either of these sites keep an updated legal status on salvia and the different states, as well as different countries around the world. Even if salvia is legal in your state, you could probably expect the police to hassle you and maybe even hold you on suspicion of weed. At least til they test it and find out it's not weed. So yes....it could cause you a problem even if it is legal. Happy traveling!! Wiz

Yeah but i imagine you could get in some trouble if you get caught with it, i mean a cop would proble take you to jail and hold you until it was tested....just be carefull with it, treat it like it is an illegal substance, the more poeple that get caught the more likely it will be made illegal!
I agree 100%. If more people approached it with that attitude we could look forward to it remaining legal for a looong time. but....It doesn't look good.
