Below are some photos I stumbled upon, they captivate the lives of many people who have taken to an alternate lifestyle. I'm unsure of the orgin of all of the photo's, but most of the people are said to be people living in America.
Nice pics. looks like someone had a nice camera while riding the rails. I think the guy trying to gut the possum doesn’t know what the fuck he is doing. LOL
I've seen people like this before, and its sad how some people write them off as hobos and bums... some even disrespect them. i truly respect them for their choice in lifestyle, and it really seems so exciting and interesting!
Sorry, but I disagree with most of you guys. These are the very things that the Diggers in the Haight-Ashbury, back in the 60's were all up against. They saw around them, young people, hippies being exploited or blindly following ideas or lifestyles which they haven't really given much thought, and suffering the consequences thereafter. Death from drug overdose and other crimes was very much common in the Haight during those days. Blindly adhering to the "Tune in, turn on, drop out" jerk off ideology espoused by the likes of Timothy Leary is just like being part of the establishment itself. In other words, why settle to being a bum or a hobo when you have the capacity to pull yourself outta your bootstrap and make a better more meaningful life for yourself, for your loved ones and for humanity. Peace. Stev90
^Oh yes this is horrible, these guys could be working at McDonalds or Taco Bell instead they are traveling how horrible.
I respect them because they've ultimately, either by choice or not, they are rejecting society. They're living they're own way. How many of us would be willing to leave out cushy homes for the life like that?
