I cannot stand this ridiculous "Earth Day" gimmick. Cheap ass excuse to pretend to actually care for a day. I really hope that Hallmark sells "Earth Day" cards.

Hahaha yeah. I'm also of the opinion that, nice as it is to have a day to give a shit about the environment, it'd probably be a better idea to have say...365 1/4 earth days.
I wish earth day was a bigger holiday. Everyone should get the day off to plant a tree,and do some earth friendly art projects with their kids.It should be a bigger holiday than xmas. ...I do agree that it would be nice if people thought about the environment every day...but its still nice to have a day to celebrate it.
