I was going to say ice skating, but where you live, that could be expensive. Get a bike. Ride all the time. 30+ years for me. I can crack a bowling ball with my small cheeks. x
Oh My Gawd! That is really impressive hahaha. To the Original Poster. DO NOT LOSE YOUR BUTT! I REPEAT DO NOT LOSE YOUR BUTT!!
But wouldn't working out lose the butt even more?? Because it would take fat away from it? Man this is one of my worst fears for reals
But would it really be the same booty-booty? It seems like if you worked out you'd burn off all the fat and then I guess you would have buns of steel, but would it look like a booty?
Well you can't spot-reduce, so one would have to lose weight overall before the butt becomes affected by it. Squats, lunges and other weight-bearing exercises will help build muscle underneath the fat.
i just moved to a house on the top of a very large hill. i started walking down the lane to the bottom of the hill and back up once a day, and within 2 days i noticed a difference. like to the point my jeans will hardly fit on my ghetto booty... so yeah. walk up and down steep hills. that will put some junk in your trunk in no time!
you mean from walking up the hill do i have to increase the intensity? i dunno... i just walk what my body feels like walking. i used to run a lot too, and that always had my booty ghetto fabuliscious. but maybe that's just 'cause that's what my particular butt does, who knows.
I use pilates... It's hard, sometimes, and you have to do it everyday, but if you do it everyday... omg.. your house will be soo clean. You get so pumped up with energy n shit. :-D And yea I agree with nakedtreehugger, I had to do that to get to college, I walked about 7 miles every morning though, I felt great.
Here are some tips: How to Get a Butt Like Jessica Biel http://www.ehow.com/how_2087789_get-butt-like-jessica-biel.html
those tips can lead to people getting hurt. untrained people do not do plyometrics. especially frog jumping down stairs. untrained poeple are your average gym goes. trained people are people who are advanced and who have years of training under their belt. do squat jumps - those are great, but they aren't plyos. true plyos are way out of scope for most people and they should stick to basics before trying any advanced training methodologies. and the misinformation about using weights is atrocious. it takes a long time to build "massive amounts of muscle mass" for men, even longer for woman.
elliptical, three days a week. worked wonders for my butt. try it out. also really good for love handles which also used to be an isssssue for me
