mh lamp if you can efford them. for cloning drape a white cotton sheet over you delicate babies to keep them from getting burned..

but flouros will work. Fluros grow vegies.. and plants love fluro light, they just dont produce thc loaded buds...
if you want plants that look good... use fluros
if you want plants that get you high...use MH/HPS....

yeah you could do that for side light penetration since hids on top makes your plants grow evenly and not all one sided... trouble with indors no light movement unless you have a light mover. recommended for even growth... its better than plant rotation...
or moving heavy pots by yourself..

never to much light.. to much heat? nother story...
your gona want small plants since your height is low.. Ive run into this problem myself...
Dont know why, I have big empty rooms with 13 foot ceiling..lol.. I should just put lights up in there.. dont think Im not thinking about it...lol..
accually it would:hysterica scare me to open the doors and see 11ft tall plants, but I dont why..

Well my life is consumed by slow decay.lol.. I much to busy to work on something of that scale.. with work and stuff. I have small project growing once a year indoors and small project outside in the summer... nothing to draw attention to.
and I have occasional company and things of that nature involve total secrecy..
now if I had no life outside my silly life.. I wouldnt stop at 11foot..lol...it would be a jungle. And Id have electric meter moving at light speed...

For clones and seedlings floros are a great choice. Clones do not need alot of light as they need to focus on rooting same for the initial start of seedlings. Results? Depends on the grower. But a small clone and seedling area is good to have.

Afterwards MH would be the way to go.
