Apart from good drainage wouldnt of thought it mattered try n find out. Dont know if quarts would effect the soils ph though so not much eh lol.
I was a quartz crystal hunter for years. I have a bunch of them. You need to energize the quartz crystals. I used big magnets and you can see a difference in the crystals as the magnets aline the molecules and they become clearer. I even used a crystal on my fuel line in my hot rod. Really, try a plant with one and one without, then what do you think. I don't use crystals anymore for things like that. good luck.
