Why do some guys stare?

I don't mean staring off into space and not realizing they are looking at me. I mean those few guys that feel the need to stare me down. I hate that. It makes me feel a little creeped out.

A guy did that this morning when I parked. (No I didn't park bad or take his spot)

 

i don't know.

 

i find myself doing that sometimes. over at my friend's house, her brother was walking around shirtless (i find him very attractive, and i've been unintentionally abstinent for about 9 months) and i couldn't help but blatantly stare. their dad must have noticed because he made him go put a shirt on...but i just simply couldn't stop myself from looking. not to say it isnt weird and awkward but sometimes it can't be helped.

 

You're probably an attractive girl. People sometimes don't notice what they're doing when something intrigues them.

Most of guys stare but most can do it so that you don't notice it

Maybe they figure you already have a boyfriend? Or they realize they're too old for you?

That's why I said stare me down....It's an agressive look.

 

yeah. i'm of the belief that i offend a good deal of men simply by existing.

yesterday i was walking with my daughter across the supermarket parking lot, which is slow going, but she wouldn't let me carry her. this chick was sitting in her car, staring at us and probably saying something along the lines of "fucking move it!" with a shitty look on her face. until i looked right in her eyes with MY mean look. then her face cleared up all fast and she drove away.

 

I don't know....
Yesterday I was walking down the street to Dairy Queen and these three guys in a car slowed down and beeped their horn... were leaning out the window waving at me...

I'd like to know why guys ALWAYS have to do that...
Why can't a girl walk down the street in peace?

 

maybe they thought they knew you?

That's a popular thing with teen guys. Girl calling from cars.

Much the same with 'cruising'. Driving around the same blocks in the neighborhood again and again. Beeping at friends. "Hey, I know you!"

In 20 years time, you will miss these days.

 

Haha... in twenty years I'll probably look 35 tops, not 47....

Since everyone thinks I look 17-21 now and I'm almost 28...

I'd say that they just forgot adjust their faces, does that make sense? I know that my face falls into a aggressive glare if I don't remember to shift a few face muscles. so start with that and through in some lust motivated staring and there's your answer.

 

Men can stare all they want and wave. make a move toward me, and you will get that 'dont fuck with me' look. I hate it when people are agressive, which just requires me to be agressive and it kills my buzz.. I can stop people in their tracks just by a look. If someone blatantly stares, I stare right back, and into their eyes which makes alot of people uncomfortable.

 

They stare because they are needy.


And they seem aggressive because they resent you for not having you.
