Here is my question: At least 50% of the time when I close my eyes I see a rotating-spinning vortex-pin wheel-like spiral of energy. A little like a spiral hypno wheel. Usually this energy is blue or mostly blue. Often with a little to a lot of yellow, or gold in it. Sometimes it is nearly all yellow or gold, but usually mostly blue. If I concentrate, I am able to change the color as I choose. I've made it green, or from blue to yellow, yellow to blue, etc. Sometimes this is fairly easy to do, other times it takes a lot of focus and a bit of time to make the change. And, I struggle with it. Or, I can make it all go away to black, or the other way around if I choose. I have been told that what I am seeing is energy entering or exiting from my Third Eye Chokra. And that seems like a reasonable and logical explanation. Which I tend to accept. But I would welcome additional input on this point. Also, I have been told that the direction of the rotation is either positive or negative, depending on if it is clockwise, or counterclockwise, from my point of view. When I close my eyes sometimes I find it rotating to left, and sometimes rotating to my right. I'm not sure that one direction is more prevalent than the other. though I think to the right has a slight edge. And again, sometimes easily, and sometimes with a lot of effort and struggle, I am able to reverse the spin I find it in, and cause it to go either way. The info I was given is that one direction is the healthy inflow of energy from the Universe to my soul, and the other is an unhealthy loss of energy flowing out of me to where ever. But I was never told which direction was positive, and which was negative. So which direction energizes and feeds me, and which direction de-energizes and drains me? Spin to the right? Spin to the left? If that IS how this works? Usually in spiritual matters, left is negative and right is positive. I've been going on that theory, but have never felt sure about it, or the whole overall explanation. What's everybodies take on this?
I can't agree with this. Your third eye works in both directions (recieving&transmitting, yin¥g) and both can be healthy when used right, as can they be 'unhealthy'. Though, I have never heard of any cases, nor experianced any, in which one's had an 'unhealthy' influx or out flow through ones third eye. Maybe it's just me, or my perceptions of energy interactions... Anyways, I have a suggestion for you. Try and make it go BOTH directions at the same time. (actually it does this naturally, it's just hard to focus on) It's best to focus on the silver/white/blue fields (as I'm sure you already know) Once you can visualize/pecieve/see the energy flowing both directions (in said 'healthy' spectrum) you could try to follow the energy either direction. Following it inward is easiest (because we are less unknown) and following outward is best done after you've made a good connection between all your chackras, epecially your crown. Ok, my brain just went blank, I guess I've said all I needed.
Nivekian, Thanks for the clarifications. I've always doubted the explanation I was given. That's why I'm here seeking more enlightenment on the issue.
actually, nivekian, there are times when the flow of energy into or out of a chakra can be negative... at least it is for me, but let me explain, because we may be talking along similar lines in different terms right now i'm going through some really hardcore work on balancing my energy systems. see, i've been processing, receiving, and transmitting nearly all my energy through my 2nd chakra. i've been pretty much bypassing all the others, except my third eye, which i've been using pretty exclusively for seeing and guidance, and nothing else. which of course, leads to a very unbalanced life, as i'm not allowing much energy through any other chakra at all. in this way, there is a huge negativity on my 2nd chakra, as it's overworked, and doesn't process heart energy or emotional energy or grounding energy very well. i think it's quite possible for chakra activity and the energy flows to and from that chakra to be very unbalanced, and therefore unhealthy, but i'm in agreement that one direction of spinning is not "better" or "worse" than the other, it's just opposite polarities.
