the movie had good reviews on yahoo movies, but when did it even come out? i know it's getting released on dvd 10/3. anyone see it in the theaters?

 

I think it was only in select theaters....but the dollar movie theater in Ann Arbor played it...that's where I saw it.

really...? I liked it. I saw it on HBO, I'd never heard of it but the title interested me.

 

I didn't see it in theaters i feel l,ike if it had been released near me i'd have seen it . . . maybe not.

 

I thought it was going to be better than it was based on the trailers. It was good, but I wouldn't watch it again.

 

I thought it was really good meself, and I've watched it twice. Entertaining in my books

 

I really liked it. I think it's a great piece, particularly for debate students and those studying propaganda.

 

hipforums I'm suprised at you! I love thankyou for smoking! It's got to be one of my all time favorite movies. Not even sure if this thread should be under comedy since it's such a good movie on many different levels.

Ps: I like how this thread is is brought back from the dead like four times!

 

I saw it - it's really really boring and very politically correct. It's NOT a stoner comedy.

 

just saw this on tv the other day for the first time and i liked it alot. now it's my next rental so i can see/hear it in all it's uncut, unedited glory.
because really, any movie with j.k.simmons playing a swearingup ornery hombre is an automatic thumbs up for me.
