    it happens sometimes, but then whoever says it is usually flamed into submission because nobody wants to hear from debbie downer

    It happens a lot actually.
    Unless it's a general question I'd just answer it for the particular person. I mean, why not? Their situation is not the same as the last guy who posted.

    One of the best things is it's free. If you have the funds and are willing, you can make a donation, but in reality, all of this is free.

    Now, in today's world, that's pretty cool.
