my roommate (HONEST ADVICE)

SO i've known this dude for awhile despite him beeing dirty and smelly and creepy, he's got a good heart and helps his friends out whenever he can. We'll recently i found out he likes YOUNGE girls like 13 and up, needless to say this SEVERELY upset me, as my niece is 12. He's a decent guy but this whole girllover thing as he calls it creeps me out, he CLAIMS that it's diffrent than a pedophile he even has a fuckin word for it and found some other dude that made this big website about it, calling himself a ephebophile. Personally it's hard for me not to want to just knock his teeth out the back of his neck, he claims he isn't into sex at all just wants to CUDDLE with young girls and show them love an effection. The kicker (as if all that wasn't enough ALREADY) is he claims he is a christian and CLAIMS that he talked to god and god said it was ok as long as love is envolved, now should i be creeped out, or am i overreacting, does this sound like typical CHOMO B.S to ANYONE ELSE?

Thats what i thought, it's creepy enough to where i can't stand to have people over to the house because he'll just talk about it to people. he has creeped out ALL my female friends, everyone we work with (altho he has quit) i've tried talking to him and telling him it's not right then he goes on this tangent that age is just a number blah blah blah he isn't into sex just wants to cuddle and have companion ship says he's never even had a "slobbery kiss" at this point i told him it's because he never showers and when he does he doesn't wash his hair, THUS noone wants to touch him LET ALONE kiss him THUS not leading him to that point where sex is an option. Right now i'm making JACK for money so it's not like i can afford to just move out.
