    Kucinich is out.
    Gravel is a joke.
    Hillary is ... ?

OBAMA is not perfect, but he's all we have left.

And the Grateful Dead support him, so ... there you go. ;)

Neophyte you have a pretty thick skull yourself, man. How is Obama "damn good?"
Just because he preaches change doesn't make him damn good. A man's actions should speak louder than his words. Once you discover Obama's past actions, maybe you will realize how much of a corporate shill he really is. He isn't much better than the other choices and is definetly part of the establishment.

Don't let his words fool you.

I'll only ask everyone to familiarize themselves with the way Obama gutted his own nuclear reporting bill after his campaign coffers were filled by employees of Exelon, the company who had contaminated wells with nuke residue and "failed" to inform the public.

Obama promised to make reporting mandatory, and did a 180 after getting hundreds of thousands in political contributions from nuke industry employees.

    Just google Exelon and Obama.

Oh, I just read that Obama is now for the death penalty.

He said he was against it in that 1996 questionaire to get elected to the Senate, but has now flip-flopped to where he supports our government killing people.

I doubt the surviving members of Grateful Dead know that little fact... I KNOW Jerry Garcia was against the death penalty, and I find it very hard to believe he would support Obama based on that one issue alone.

Well, All's I can say, as one deadhead, is that I'd rather have None of the Above over Obama.

I have heard innumerable invectives on Obama for all kinds of reasons - I think many of them are racially motivated, and the ones that are not are just manifestations of the fear of change. I have heard plenty of people say to me that they could never bring themselves to vote for a ******. I have heard people say that if he gets elected they will refer to Washington as 'The Black House'.

There are many things I do not agree with Senator Obama about, just as there were many things I did not agree with Ron Paul about. Unlike Ron Paul, Obama can actually win.

Support who you feel like - or don't vote if you don't want. I have now met Senator Obama and seen him speak, and I think of the three candidates he represents the best chance of keeping America from imploding. There will never be another president who is not somehow representing the corporate interest.

Maybe, just maybe, having Obama as president will make the rest of the world think we are not such big assholes.

Racially motivated??? nah. I don't need a racial reason to dislike Obama.

I just pay more attention to some of his past actions rather than only listen to his "Change" rhetoric.

Many of us don't like Obama... although if I would vote for him over McCain or Hillary, I don't like many of his policies.

Please don't call us rascists just because the guy happens to be black... that just isn't fair.

I would love to have Gravel/Kucinich ticket, but Obama is the only one left from those who can actually win.

You want McCain? The guy who spit on Hillary Clinton for supporting a bill to help fund the Woodstock museum?

Politically, I have NOTHING in common with John McInsane, and personally I want vomit everytime I see his mug on tv. (Strangely enough I get same feeling when I Bush, Cheney, or Rove as well...and Hannity...and O'Reilly...and Glen Beck...and....)

McCain is NIXON and BUSH all rolled into one. Obama is the only logical choice.

If that privately owned Woodstock Museum was going to be funded with any kind of tax dollars, then I'd try to stop it from happening, too. That just isn't right at all.

It doesn't matter what kind of museum it is, financing a private business with Government money is just wrong in so many ways. I want my taxes going to education... not to some dinky little museum in upstate New York.
