i'm blank. i need to draw, but what? ideas? just throw some stuff out there.. lets brainstorm! help me!

Pick up a copy of Star, Time, Scientific American, and The New England Journal of Medicine, and read each from cover to cover

If you like painting/drawing, you can try to paint a scene from nature, perhaps?

 

draw characatures of people you know.

 

a kitten laying in ambush of a small gnome with a red hat walking somewhere, happily and unconcerned.

 

Draw a picture of what might have been.

if you're just sketching, why don't you put on some music, close everything else out, and see what comes to you?

 

Draw some forum members. Or how you think they'd look.

Then scan them so we can see how we look in web world.

Doesn't need to be a work of art, just give us your impression. Then maybe someone will draw you.

random juxtiposition:

write down every kind of thing, event, relationship, phenomina, anything and everything, each on a seperate index card. shuffle a bunch of them and pull out two of them and try to imagine a scenario or situation in which you would have the resault. then depict it.

OF COURSE human faces are boring. they all have two eyes, a nose and a mouth, all in more or less the same places. HUMANS are BORING.

it the things they make and the things that nature makes that are interesting. especially when THOSE two are togather in ways that don't involve destroying each other.

well, i was gonna say draw a jar of pickled pig's feet, but then i remember you're vegan...so scratch that. i got nothin. oh! how about a jar of olives?

 

You could draw cartoons of people on here, their bodies could be the vegetables you think they would be made of. Could be fun.
