There are all sorts of names for pot but who gives a shit about the name?!?! Its about the quality of this beautiful plant! You can easily tell if ur weed is shwag or dank. If its shitty weed it will look like dirt and have a tooon of seeds in it! If its good weed its really nice looking. A nice light green that is covered in white dots!! Go on google and look up pictures of different pot to give u an idea of what looks good and what looks like shit! BUT! Weed can look like crap 2 and be really good so the best way of testing it is to...Smoke the shit outta it!!!! Dont worry its not a stupid question. If i didnt know shit about bud I would want to know more so i dont get ripped off!!

Well in some regions chronic is weed laced with coke but most people will tell you chronic is just good weed. You will most likely never see laced shit. If your weed has been laced with something like PCP it will have a strong chemical odor.
Fire means that it's good ass shit, man. Specifically that it has alot of red hairs. (which is a good thing)
fire is realy good weed. but it also means different things in different places. round where i am(northeastern us) fire means jamacian weed, cuz it has a red appearence. but in other places fire is an acual strain.

Well I guess places would be different, but for my area fire just means really good weed. As to wether its better than chronic I don't really know the answear for it because most the time I hear it like this: "Hey bro, is this bud any good?" , "Hell ya man this bud is FIIIIIIRE." With lots of emphasis on the fire part lol. Though I'm sure it could mean different things in different places for the most part around here it just means really good bud.
it could be. chronic can be used as general term for good smoke, but it is also the name of specific strain. either way your gonna get fuuucked up. now i don't know much about no jamaican grass, but i expect you will get just as messed up. my advice is not to get too hung up on names. good weed is good weed. you can call it whatever you want. if your gettin' it from an up-standin' businessman and they have fire and chronic, you can't really go wrong, but you will pay more for quality.
You can't really explain the way "classifying" weed works. But I'll give it a go. This is my own personal guide..with "levels" Level 1-Schwag, dirt, lows (10-15 an eighth) This will be a dark greenish brown in color. Lots of stems/seeds in it, no white dusting (no thc crystals) No/very few red hairs, possibly many leaves Level 2-Mids, beasters, middies (20-30 an eighth) This weed will be a medium green usually. Will have some seeds, and probably a large stem or two. Looking closely, it should have a little white dusting (thc crystals) May have some red hairs Level 3-Nuggets (45-50 an eighth) This will be a nice light green color most of the time. May have a purplish or orangish tint, depending on the strain. Will have a light dusting of white thc crystals, very few stems or seeds. This may be called "fire" or may be named with a strain name. Some decent nuggets I've had have been called Purp, Blueberry, and Orange. Level 4-Dank, chronic (55+ an eighth) This can be many colors. NO stems or seeds, pure nuggets. Will have a heavy white dusting of THC crystals. Should have a strong smell. Strains I've had include White Widow, Northern Lights, MS Skunk, Sensei Star, Shiva, Orange Kush, Jamaican Fire. keep in mind these are prices and terms where i live. names for bud vary greatly based on region. but this is (hopefully) a decent general guid. peace all. hope this helps.
Ya rly. I'm too lazy to post the owl. Most of the answers so far suck. Depending on where you live you are going to hear a lot of different names. I often associate words like fire and hydro with dumbass kids from the ghetto that want to sell you a couple dubs or a forty bag. Hell, I had a kid sell me a 12 bag once. Try to find someone who uses words like schwag, mids, dank and headies. Most importantly find a dealer with a scale that knows his measurements. Nothing pisses me off more than some punk ass ghetto kid trying to sell me a 20 bag of some hydro wrapped in a napkin.
its really dependent on your region, city, and group of friends. i have never encountered laced weed, but you should question your dealer. say "do you ever sell laced weed? cuz I'm not into that." a good dealer will respect that.
ya my friend had some dope that looked like shit but when we smoked it I got chewed :spliff: As long as the weed isn't wet it's smokable imo.
