I want to be a clown at work at the hospital I work at.. Im a security guard but I get jealous at the clowns that entertain the kids, and I though I want to do that. I have all kinds of costume stuff since Im a musician and I love Halloween. How would I go about asking, Im really cool with everyone there. Just seems Like my entertainment life is hidden from these people in the health care industry
Cause my job I sort of have to be professional. But we joke around continuiously. Maybe I should just go in dressed like a clown cop? I though about being a clown in the Shrine Circus but thats like some Freemason underground network that Id rather not even dwell upon..Anyone else/ or suggestions. I thinks I just want to go to work at least once a month and be a clown at the hospital..

I just think the real clowns have more access to the nitrous oxide.

Im scared.. seriously I think it would be too much. I wear the BIG tie on halloween sometimes for a week.. and I have A big Phone at my station but ive let the nurses use it its funny.. I love that.. I think they wouldnt be suprised... Id have to think of timing like a activity they would be having prior and then it might work..

You know if you audition and they like you, you can get free tuition, and room and board to clown college.

I think that should be everyones 'plan C'. You know if things really aren't working out and you find yourrsef in a spot, clown college.

I really hope this wasn't supposed to be funny because I totally missed the humor aspect of this...

Just tell them you want to let your inner clown roam freely...

thank you for your support, I wish the hospital was a little more like Scrubs, Unfortunately in real life it isnt, but heres something funny just came to mind.

this guy comes in the emergency room attempted suicide, hes ok we just got to watch him, and hes sitting on the bed alls cool, Nurse from psych come in say youll have to take off all these clothes and change into their gowns before you can go up, Routine, Girl nurse is waiting for him to undress when he stops. She says whats the problem? I cant take off my socks. I said you have to there all dirty anyways look they give you new socks. He says but I cant not while your watching me, Whats a matter with your feet that you cant take off your socks...
My toe nails are painted and Im embarassed he said in that nature. but then went into a rant about sueing to hospital if we told anyone.. It was hilarious..but we didnt laugh till he was gone.

See, if you were dressed as a clown in that situation, he probably wouldn't have felt embarrassed about his painted toenails...
