:agree: Will Farrell and brittney spears... I mean the acting in crossroads was the worst I've ever seen.
Theresa Russell - Black Widow (1984 - acts like she's still reading the script) Nancy Allen - Robocop (1987, 1990, 1993 - Only got parts because married to Brian De Palma) Dale Midkiff - Pet Cemetery (1989 - acts like he's always trying to be too cool)
the people who i think are bad actors in my opinion, are those who get like a cameo apperance in a tv show or something. kirsten dunst is an amazing actress, as is the olsen twins. in saying that tho, i havent seen much of their stuff since full house... another amazing actress is pia miranda i'm not sure if many on here have heard of her seeing as i think she's done mostly aussie indie films...
agreed. i mean it was so obvious who was the star. the other girls in crossroads diddnt even show their talent in the movie.
Every actor and actress has their good points. If they didn't they probarbly wouldn't beknown enough to be criticised.
Paris Hilton is not an actor. So saying she sucks isn't saying much. Anyone from a reality TV show background should be banned from the big screen. It's scary how that has become a criteria to get into acting now.
your studying drama? your comments show you are quite un-professional. you people don't know shit about being an actor! everyone is an actor. we all play many roles through out our lives. i have only seen three post on this thread, of those people who understand this and, one of them is mine. the rest of you don't understand this! your in no position judge anyones acting ablities.
Heath Ledger. I can't believe this train wreck is going to possibly get an Oscar. I guess killing yourself, making a gay smut film, and being the worst dad ever must make him qualified. What a worthless piece of garbage he was. At least there is more oxygen for me now.
Bert- from Sesame Street, that dude couldn't act his way out of a wet paper bag. And what is up with his hair? I mean we all know that it fake
Seinfeld. Great show (mostly due to two guys name Larry, a Micheal, a Julia, and a Jason), but a terrible, TERRIBLE actor. I actually have trouble looking at the screen when he's on - I fear he'll look at me with that confused little smile that screams "This isn't real, and I'm nervous!". Watch Robert DeNiro, Meryl Streep or Jack Nicholson performing for a few minutes, then immediately switch to Jerry having a conversation with George. For some, the difference is enough to cause a physical reaction (I myself break into a fit of close-mouthed retching, and shameless weeping). Peacelove, Aldousage
Don't know if I've said this before, but who cares, I'll say it again: worst actress EVER......Jennifer CRAPPY Lopez Robert.
I think I am, because I did highly successful stage work in Indianapolis for many years. I think Jean Claude I-Can't-Act-Worth-A-Van-Damm is at the top of my croak list. So is AHnold, unless he's doing comedy. When he tries to "act" it's painful. I crave Vin Diesel's body, but I have to admit that he can be very bad on screen, mainly when he tries to act. He was fantastic as Riddick in Pitch Black, very natural and charismatic, but his Riddick in Chronicles was terrible. Then again, that whole film was a disaster. He was also very good in Boiler Room, and he kicked ass in Find Me Guilty, directed by Sidney Lumet. He can act, but I think he needs a strong director and to be aware that when people see you acting you're not doing it right.
