I started researching the New World Order about 15 years ago when one of my bandmate's mom apparently spend a good chunk of money to buy land in Kentucky in order to have a place to survive some apparent coming doomsday scenario. When I asked him to explain, he said that basically it all came down to a small group of elite types (the Rothchilds, Bilderburgs, etc) were trying to take over the world (like they hadn't already) and apparently the Freemasons were involved in it somehow too. I'm certainly not an authority on it, but my own quest suggests that the there may be some Freemasons who have some secret agenda, the vast majority of them are just guys who are looking for ways to get out of the house, and give back to the community. Maybe there is some "secret" knowledge they possess... but it seems to me, that in this age of file sharing and the internet, by now those secrets wouldn't be so secret anymore.
I believe that there is definitely social control going on, but I have to say that the counter-culture movement being organized by elite is far fetched. The elite want control not dissent. The counter-culture movement, imo, was the product of the ego's breaking free through the divine powers of psychedelics. In turn, people saw that they were being manipulated. However, I do think the movement WAS shut down by these same people in power by the use of media making it seem "done" and unoriginal by the almost making it corny by commercialization in the 70s. When Peace & Love is an ad campaign, how is the human spirit not going to take a little blow & maybe lose a little faith in the movement?? We must remember that these ideal are from the heart, from Love, & that you just can't make the heart corny. This is why they run "All You Need is Love" on a chase credit card commercial. They are killing the spirit (but it can't die!! :-D).
The elite want CONTROLLED dissent, which is part of the reason why they gave us the countercultural and peace movements. If they didn't administer the "opposition" themselves, then they'd run the risk the people thinking for themselves and creating a REAL opposition that would be out of their control. So they must always control and administer BOTH sides of every argument. It's called the Hegelian dialectic. There was nothing grassroots about the hippy movement. It was promoted by the media. LSD was produced and distributed largely by the CIA, and many of the promoted "heroes" and gurus of that time, such as the man pictured above, were known CIA agents. One of the real reasons for the 60s counter-cultural movement, which went hand in glove with the new age and Gaia worship, was to break down the existing order in place of a new one where people could be more easily controlled and molded according to their controllers wishes. It was designed to create a breakdown in traditional social mores, in particularly the breakdown of the family unit. They knew that by breaking down the family unit, the state would become the new family, and that's why many people today see the government as a sort of father figure to them. It's rather perplexing to most people that the same government that spends billions of dollars waging a (intentionally) useless "war" on drugs (a perfect excuse to build on their police state), is almost entirely responsible for the rise of the drug culture, which came to prominence in the 60s and was heavily promoted through music and culture. The same people who came out demonizing drugs, also sponsored the people who promoted drug use, saying how great LSD is. Nevermind the people who are psychologically crippled for life or those who jumped out windows thinking they could fly.

Well, being an intellect, you should know about the accounts of propoganda spreading like wildfire. Also, I cannot see how a substance that makes you want to stray from government control would ever benefit the government. They tried to use it to control with MKUltra & it backfired. With Leary & Lennon on the FBI's watchlist & LSD being a schedule I, this all just seems a bit illogical. I understand deshaping for reshaping, but I think that the deshaping would be far too dangerous for their "mission" so to speak. You see, once you are shown the game, how can you fall for it again?? In your view, is this another example of both sides of the same coin trick the government loves to play?
Oh, & I do suppose someone could consider jumping out of a window on a heavy LSD trip, but that is why we have trip sitters. So I see, now that I think about it where you are coming from. I was thinking you meant on LSD period, but the doses were heavier back in the day, so that seems reasonable. However, I think that shouldn't overshadow the benefits of psychedelics in the breaking of molds. I don't ever want to be closed minded, you see. Now tell me more on this government plan...now I am interested.
