Growing for one. Need advice

Hello there.

I'm not sure how to start this off so let me just explain my situaion and see what you suggest. I'm a disabled marijuana patient and have been using it for pain as well and anxiety notw for some time. Even though it is legal for me to use it I still get alot of stares and have a hard time getting it with out alot of flack from people that do not understand me. There are not many places I can get it where I live and I really would rather grow my own as opposed to getting it from places I do not know well.

I can not afford any kind of high pressure sodium lights or other HID's so my choices there are limited. It's looking like Flouro tubes will be my best way to go.

I smoke about an ounce a month and some times more in the winter when the cooler temps sometimes cause me a little more pain. My question is this: What would be the best way to grow enough indoors to keep me supplied in the good smoke year round without having to buy much if any? I do have space and have been growing regular plants in doors for years but normally only on window seals.

My goal would be for 2 ounces a month/average just in case it was a little light at times I would have some for back up.

mmmm k...... your not going to grow weed without a light mmmmm..k...you buy about a month worth and cant aford a light..... how much do you think they cost?

Go and get a copy of SeeMoreBuds book "Marijuana buds for less". I popped a review up on the MJGuide here. A simple grow using very inexpensive lights, soil. You will be very pleased with the quality and quantity of MedM you can have on a proper low scale grow.

I agree,.....there's no substitute. floros won't cut it at the quantities you need. floros are good for starting seedlings and rooting clones.

 

I paid $25 for my grow light and its top notch. I grow a shitload. You can't afford one? more then an Ounce a month?

 

There's a highly rated 400w HPS on ebay for 150 shipped. Its a good deal and a real light is pretty necesary for indoor growing. If you have a card, you can legally grow, so why not stick them outside. Its the season.
