i can't stand cheddars, or cheddar like cheeses, any of them. bacon is ok, once in a great while. i'm not all that much into grease either. i will microwave or toster oven jack and tom on multigrain though. and blt's are good too. but i'm just not that much into fried anything. i've been known to cross cut bacon into little pieces and boil them in my noodles and broth though. and ladling that into a bowl that has some sliced and cut up jack in it is good too. something i like to put in a lot of things like that, i mean other then the baked ones, is nori, which is basically felted seawead, the stuff that usually goes arround the outside of sushi. but torn into little bits and strips makes an interesting bit of flavour and color to at to 'clear' soups. =^^= .../\...
