Ugh... I open my windows...cig. smoke comes in....

And I have my FIRST craving for a cigarette in the almost a month since I quit.

It was strong too....

No way in hell though with my current health issues I'm gonna smoke though.

I'm retrying quitting. Got exams coming up so it's probably not gonna happen though

 

I've quit before... quite a few times... but yeah.. this time I know I'm not gonna start again- not since I realized how horrible it is and probably contributed to the problems I'm having now.... I'm really surprized actually that this was the first time I had a craving in a month.

Sounds good enough for me, for some reason incense has become my new nicotine, I've been lighting them up and inhaling it all all afternoon.

 

Interesting, I heard if you inhale sage incense enough, you can get high or something, because it it a cousin of salvia. Is that what you've been doing???

Orange incense unfortunately, must try that, doubt it can be that true though.
