Attenborough is cool as ice. I like documentaries in general though, especially animal/nature ones. I wouldn't mind sitting down for a few hours chatting with sir Dave.

glad you asked. I was considering to make a topic about him, because if Attenborough deserves a thread, then so does Steve Irwin! what an awesome dude. competent, fearless, entertaining. shame he died.

I really like anything with killers. big cats, sharks, spiders, scorps, snakes, birds of prey. there's something truly fascinating with the ruthlessness of nature.

I've never really gotten into Steve Irwin, actually. Any particular doc I should try as an intro?

 

hm, I couldn't really tell you. I've only watched him on animal planet.. pretty much all his stuff is legend though, after he died they had this full-day special (it would have been a solid six hours anyway) of his best moments, and there's footage of when he saves some shipwrecked people, jumping into the water and whatnot. such a badass.

you know, I used to think I was not a typical boy (I'd say "man," but whatever,) but it turns out I sort of am. sort of had you figured for a bit of a tomboy, Molly. but who's to say boys can't like cuddly animals? some are pretty damn adorable, like lemurs and kittens.

 

I have my tomboy side, but I have my girly side too. Yay, I'm a well-rounded person! I can go hiking all day but still be wearing cute underwear.
