Nah, same kinda thing. Usually by the time the cock appears I'm already turned on by the guy. Tend to be attracted to arms, eyes and stuff... as long as the cock isn't actually hideous, it's not a major factor in whether I'm hot for someone or not.

Well, it makes sense. Consider this: you're trying to choose a mate who will increase your overall evolutionary fitness, either by increasing your own odds of survival or your children's. I prefer cut cocks, uncut cocks, in my opinion, have no personality Lol. I find that a sort of equilibrium must exist in order for me to be totally turned on by someone. I can't enjoy one part and dislike the others. I hate huge dicks, I hate small dicks 5-8 inches == perfection; I like funny, smart, personable, and all around nice people. I also like chubby-lean/muscular people, but I’m turned off super muscular and super fat people. If the person is one or more of these things, but not all of them, it just sort of ruins it for me. My tastes are close to yours (cut, check; moderate sized dick, check; funny, apathetic; smart, check; personableness and niceness, two big checks; moderate physical constitution, check), but I also find that certain body parts compliment others. For instance, I find cocks to be pretty uniform--though mainly dichotomized as circumcised and uncircumcised--and thus hard to judge alone.
