If you are talking to somone face to face and they stand hunched up with their arms folded. Does this mean they are intimidated by what your saying? For instance i threatened him with legal action and thats how he stood for 20 minutes while we talked.

i think crossed arms and hands on hips are hardest to judge. he could be protecting his organs, her could be pissed and trying to think of something to say, or that could be his default position. I always have my hands on my hips but i don't know why. Anyway, be careful with that. if you threaten blackmail, HE can threaten legal action!
