extraction of lsa from m.g or h.b.w.r

    i was pondering if anyone has actually been able to this and it worked i know a few who have tryed but unsuccseful to end up with the "yellow gummy residue"
    and then put it in gel tabs so if anyone one has has done it fill me in on some info
