Of course they tell us it's experimental. We were also told that we needed to invade Iraq because al-Qaeda attacked us on 9/11. When ever has the government told the truth? Do you really think the HAARP website is going to come out and say "yes, we're tampering with the weather and people's minds"?

If you understand the technology that HAARP utilizes, then you can understand how this technology can be used against entire populations. It is being used, and it's not simply for experimental purposes.

Sure, fear does sell, and there is no better example of this than the fear that's sold to us by the government about non-existent terrorist boogeyman that allegedly hate us for our freedom.

Well, if you believe that then you have a lot to learn.

And as far as the quip about being paranoid, you first need to understand the definition of paranoia, which is unfounded and baseless fear. First of all, I don't fear anything, and secondly, the reasons for my interest in this are anything but baseless and unfounded. If I said that space aliens were shooting mind control beams into people's brains while they sleep, that would be paranoia because it's something that's baseless. With HAARP and other such Tesla technologies, we know they exist, how they can and have been used, and what their effects are. We can understand, based not only on government history, but declassified government documents, exactly what their intent is.

So what exactly are you denying? That the government possesses this technology, or that they would use it in a nefarious way against the population?

You can either think inside of the matrix or outside of it. I choose to think outside of it, and once you break through that matrix you come to see that NOTHING is as it seems. Literally everything we are taught and made to believe is normal growing up is a lie, and that is hard for most people to swallow, so they remain believing what they want to believe. It's hard for most people to step outside of their comfort zones and look at things for how they really are. Therefore, I try not to fault people for this. However, if people want to alter the course in which we are heading, not only as a nation but an entire planet, they had better wake up and soon. They need to understand the system they are living under, as well as the psychological manipulation they're being subjected to. I don't believe in individual conspiracies, because the version of reality we have been sold is an illusionary one.

What more do you want to know about it?

 

There are a lot of theories out there for sure. Do any of you check out Alex Jones or listen to Coast to Coast AM? They both have discussed the HAARP project. It sounds like the experiments on controlling the weather haven't been that successful. I'm not worried about the government creating a tornado over my house or anything. But we have to wonder what effect putting so much energy into the atmosphere could have. I don't think we should mess with it. But humans always seem to figure out some way of playing god.
