I just recieved a message from my pharmacy alerting me that generic oxycodone sr mf by TEVA is being taken off the market until the year 2013. Accoring to the message- PURDUE filed suit against Teva in efforts to keep their name brand OXYCONTIN in circulation without losing profits to the generic. It also alerted me I would have to pay a higher copay for my script. So I pay 10 bucks more and walk out with name brand rather than generics....I'LL DO IT!!!! lol
I know ,its great!, I get mine on Tuesday, its a WC case so I dont pay a dime! I didnt really mind the tevas all that much, I hope this change works out well for everyone who needs them, The pharm was out of tevas once and gave me brand and of course they were much better.
