Well, just to let every1 know.....I finally got my order!! They also sent me 2 bonus packs of other products for all of the trouble of waiting. Its like a $50 value, so I am verry happy!! Also, for those that are checking the status of thier orders, I got on the site after getting my order today and it still says processing. It looks like they are a little too busy to update the info. So, dont go by what the site says, your order might of allready been shipped out! Btw, it was definately worth the wait!!:rolleyes5

well I emailed and no response then called the guy goes to voice mail with no message. Going to give him this week and then I'm filing a fraud report with PayPal. If you haven't ordered from him yet I'd recommend you don't.

 

You guys got ripped off, it's the same guy making all these accounts.

I placed an order on March 18th, for 1oz of salvia 30x extract and it says my order is still being processed!! I am getting verry upset because I dont have what I ordered yet, and nobody has contacted me! Your company took the money out of my bank on the 20th, and I have nothing to show 4 it! I heard 1 person ordered 10 grams, and recieved 1!!! Well, I hope you guys throw in a bonus for all of the trouble! Read my other posts from yesterday, I tried to post a pic of my order on here, but the site says it exceeds file size limits. I even resized the pic, and still nothing. You are only 15 yrs old, grow up then start complaining when you are old enough to buy salvia!! If you dont believe me, give me your add, and I will send it to you. I dont care if you dont believe me, I am not trying to get ppl to buy from TBS. Just letting them know that I got my order KID!!

 

Okay, so i too feel like a moron for buying from this site. Yes they have received some additional attention and their site traffic spiked recently - but that is no excuse for non delivery, non responsive customer service.

I ordered using paypal and paypal does offer a dispute resolution service - i started a communication and was told that the seller is unable to communicate - ostensibly their inbox is full or they have cut ties and run. So I escalated to a claim - a formal complaint to paypal. It is no gaurantee that i will get my money back but at least this may prevent them from using paypal to continue to rip people off.

Sorry for your luck, I bought 30x from this exact site a few months ago and they gave me a free gram of 5x and it shipped rite on time, maybe their shit is gettin shut down, maybe your state has it illegal, who knows, but I am sorry to hear about your bad luck

 

yup i did get my 30x...over a month!! and it is very good....no free gram. so they got too many orders to handle, they should have sent out emails...not just left people hanging

Yes, it seems that I too have fallen victim to this! I ordered about 36 dollars worth July 6th, and my order is still "processing", I haven't even received a tracking number. I don't mind slow shipment (within reason). Even if it took two weeks I could deal with it, but I at least need some kind of confermation that I'll be receiving something!

I sent them a very nice email (via their website) a couple of hours ago, so now I'm playing the waiting game. . . dammit. Let me know how it goes for you guys, and if you get your hands on any additional contact info.
