This morning I woke up and fell right back to sleep. I had a dream that I was trying to walk into the kitchen and get milk for my boyfriend's son (that's the reason why I woke up) and I couldnt walk. I kept floating to the ceiling like a helium ballon, it was such a scary feeling. I kept attempting to push myself down to the ground and hold on to something, but I was unable to. I was telling earlier to my boyfriend about my dream and how strange it felt (looking back to it, it was kinda fun) and he told me he has had the same dream, probably around 5 times and they always happen to him when he experiences sleep paralysis. Has anybody else dreamed of floating and being unable to walk? If anybody has any interpretations I would love listening to them
a nice flight sounds real good to me too. i've had it happen too and i love it! most of the time it happens to me, i fly off into the darkness, and i see all kinds of wonderous and terrifying things. i feel so much better for it!
