well i dunno i had a kid travelin with me who had accepted a 50 grand contract to kill this womans husband and was caught with the guy tied up in the bnasement (at 15) instead of being sent to juvie or jail the dumbass judge decided to make him a councelor for other juvenile delinquents
(found all this out after hed been travelin with me a few weeks)
as a juvie he coulda gotten away with slotta that and still be out on the streets
