I was meditating in school and we have a 1 to 1 therapy class where you use a program or something called heartmath or maybe thats the quipment. Well anyway I was doing it and I could actually meditate to the extent that I would feel like I had like no sleep at all for days and then turn it off on demand just by stopping the meditation. Why does this happen and is it normal?
Hey, slow down. What is this program? How does it work? If you didn't sleep for days you could feel punch drunk.
