Thinking off the top of my head (got a mushrooms book around here somewhere) that's a milkcap of some variety, try brushing your hand along the frills. Almost certain it ain't psychedelic though.
I have never seen a psilocybin mushroom like that after being a good friend to caps for a few years. I wouldnt trust it. Generally speaking I wouldnt trust anything wild.
