Hey wazzup, I'm a veggie, but I usually eat just fruit and vegetables cause I'm lazy, but I was wondering what is easy to make that can be a romantic dinner kinda thing? I mean...I had some ideas, like a salad but with walnuts with brown sugar, it tastes kickass, I think but...what do you veggie lover peoples do?

Make what you do well (and test drive any new foods BEFORE the dinner).

Remember that romantic is in the presentation, so some attractively cut (non messy) fresh fruit can be a good thing.
Flowers and candles, or a picnic in the spring can be really romantic.
Best of luck, and let us know what happens (food wise)

I like fresh fruits & veggies - finger foods on a pretty tray or plate. Salads are good, but my husband won't touch lettuce (sigh) so it's veggie sticks in our house. Soups can be romantic... don't know why, but DH adores potato soups with a still-warm biscuit.

Dessert is where I really get fancy. But then I prefer baking, and crave rich chocolates.
    love,
    mom

I think indian food is romantic but maybe thats just cuz me and my boyfriend love indian food a lot. But its really easy, just get some curry in a jar at a good grocery store and put some veggies in there.. I like broccoli or cauliflower with other stuff... add some rice or bread and its good. :)

Ooooh, that sounds good. Ya...so I was thinking salad(I can make a pretty good dressing) bread and some pasta stuff, like what willow oak said, that sounds hella good. It might not be for a while, so I'll try to see what my special lady likes too.
