Problems with thebestsalvia.com

    I have nowhere else to turn, so I am posting this here for further help. A week ago I had ordered Salvia 30X from the above website. My credit card went through, yet it says my order is still processing. This should not be since this particular company guarentees shippment within 1-2 days of purchase, and 2-3 days of arrival. So I try contacting them through their convienant email service, but the only response I receive is from MailerDEAMON. Turns out they are over their quota of inbox messages (gee I wonder why). So because I can't get any response out of them, other than my credit card bill, I am asking anyone for additional help. I have seen someone on here try to bash thebestsalvia.com before, and he recieved a response from them. If this doesn't work, I am reporting them as fraud. I don't have time for this crap.

    P.S. Please refrain from telling me where and where not post my concerns, because this is a f%%%ing blog.

    I thought I'd inform everyone the reason why thebestsalvia.com is taking so long with everyone's order. I do not work for them, but my order was finally shipped today with the following message:

    So for everyone that was confused and angry with their order, you now know why. I can definitely understand why our orders were taking so long. Thanks to all, and especially thebestsalvia.com!

    I got my package and it was great. The 30x Salvia was very good...I normally don't have trippy experiences, but it does make me laugh. I still think I'm doing something wrong, though I do hold the hit for 30sec and take about 3 good ones (out of gravity bongs, and pipes). And the bonus they included for my problems? Verry nniiiice...

    I made a order late last Wednesday night and paid immediately and was wondering why my order has yet to be processed. I was searching online for some answers or similar problems and came to your page. Although your package was mailed to you and you finally received it, coulnd't you just as easily be a member at thebestsalvia.com trying to further scam everybody who tries to buy their products? I am beginning to get quite agitated and am thinking if I should get serious and try to get rid of thebestsalvia.com

    What is up with the site www.thebestsalvia.com ? 2-3 days, it's been a week so far, if they have so many orders to fill they need to change the shipping times. Otherwise this is nothing but false advertising at the very least and fraud at the worst. Also of note is that the the list of satisfied customer can be googled and you will see they are the same ones that show up at other sites. So either thebestsalvia.com cut and pasted this quotes from legit sites or the sites jacked it from them. Either way I will respond in here as to the outcome of this BS I'm having with them. If I get the 240+ worth of product I bought the outcome will be posted here. Also of note: I have sent them emails with no response, and further have contacted paypal about this.

    We placed an order on the 11th of March and the money was taken out on the 13th. The order still shows as "processing" and the emails got bounced back (over quota deal). I am hoping that due to the recent mention of Salvia on the news, maybe they are a little overwhelmed with orders.

    We can only hope!

    update on thebestsalvia.com here is another complaint that is starting to sound all to familer: Comment made 11 hours 43 minutes ago. The Best Salvia is currently not shipping but still charges your
    credit card anyway.

    I waited a week then sent them an email. My email was sent
    back to me because "user is over quota".

    So, you cannot call them on the phone, you cannot email them,
    they do not ship your order and they charge your credit card
    for the full amount.

    This is totally uneceptible, and very poor business practice. I think they should be reported to to authorities, onviously someone it's getting the picture over there. You can take someones money and give them nothing in return. As I see it right now there must be at least 1000 bucks shere of undilivered produt. I'm heard from video on youtube, a reliable source. www.salviatrip.com. But there is no excuss for falsely adevertizing 2-3 day shipping with their product. If this issure doesn't get solved in a quick and timely manner, I think we should all contact paypal to get this guy banned from doing business online. For crying out loud in the almost ever industry your word is you bond, and not completing a job of time comes with a fine.
    Everyone should should contact their credit card company, or paypal and report this person (site) of fraudulent bussiness dealings. Gone or the good days of cod. All join with me on this issue, as it seems the only thing that gets this persons attention is a hit to his pocket book.

    Personally I think the dude is probably in jail on other charges and can't get to his email.

    I placed an order on the 18th, and hav'nt heard word back from them! It says my order is being processed. I had a friend that placed an order from them a couple weeks ago, and he got his order pretty quick and the product was great. So I went ahead and bought an ounce of 30x for $547 bucks. It would be nice if they could atleast e-mail me and let me know if it is going to be late!! I cant even e-mail them, because thier mailbox is full. Great customer service!!! NOT!!!

    We received a shipment confirmation. It shipped yesterday. I still think the delay was caused due to the recent press coverage of our friend Sally. Bad communication from their part but it IS on the way.

    Well I hope they throw in a nice bonus since they are not going by what the site says for shipping time. If I would of known about them taking 2 weeks to get orders out I would of spent my money on another site! They say customer service is thier #1 goal, well if they want this customer to keep coming back they need to make sure they treat me right! I understand they are probably getting alot of buisness right now, but if it wasnt for us customers they would be out of buisness. I will keep every1 posted on any news, and how long it takes to get here, and if they make things right!

    I did received my product, although it took 10 days, at least it got to me, but if they continue to be late with there service they won't be around very long, at least not when I filled a different one, from ebay none the least on the east coast. The stuff was good. Just don't hit the bong when your pissed after getting your stuff. Bad things may happen lol

    I am sorry everyone is experiencing what I went through. I am not in any way affiliated with thebestsalvia.com. My order arrived a week after it's "guarentee" of arival. Emailing does not work my friends. They had an automated MailorDEAMON (whatever) response with every 100 emails I sent. Fortunately, I bank with a very reliable and helpful credit company, so I gave them a week to see my order's status, "processing" change before I turned it over as fraud. Finally, after a few complaints around the web, I recieved an apology stating the company's popularity had suddenly sky-rocketed due to recent advertisement. They did include a notable bonus with my order; which was refreshing. I can't necessarily touch base on their product, because I still can't get salvia to have any effect on me. I'm going to experiment with other vendors in the future.

    Like I said before, I am not affiliated with them. Don't believe me? Buy from another vendor, I dont give two sh*ts.

    Although their website never said my order was actually processes and confirmed, i received my order today and will post again after i have experimented with the product :)

    Its been 9 days now, and still not a word. This is the slowest site I have ever ordered from!!! If any1 out there is wanting to place an order, DONT do it with these guys!!!

    Guess it's still going on. I put my order in on Wed thinking I'd have it by the weekend and still in processing status. Wrote them 2x from website but no response. Anyone got a phone # for them?

    Biggfoot I placed an order on the 18th and my order is still being processed! A $547.00 order!!! I am PI@@ed, and going to report them as fraud if I dont hear anything in a couple days!! It will probably be 2 weeks before you get your order, if you get it!! I thought I would have mine by the weekend too...last weekend!! Anyone that reads this, tell every1 you know NOT to order from these guys!!! They will have some fines to pay if I dont hear anything soon! I am tired of playing the waiting game, the game is about over!

    yeah that sux more than my situation but I'm only out around $60 if they don't send it. I was thinking of buying more but wanted to test em out first. If I were you, I'd go ahead and file for reimbursement. Would get their attention faster than words could or at least get your money back. I'm too lazy so I'll probably forget about it and maybe one day get a nice surprise in the mail.

    I did some searching, and found thier ip address. From there I went to the site that got thier domain from and got his personal E-mail add and wrote him a letter wanting to know where my order was!! He wrote back saying it is going to be sent out this morning! He said they have had over 1000 orders in a week, and that they have sent out over 1000 orders since the 11th. I guess it pays to do some research!! When I get it I will be happy! He said if im patient I will be verry happy! We will see!

    Boy, I wish I woulda read this forum before purchasing $60 worth of that 30x stuff through that Bozo. Yeah, I'm at a week and a half of waiting and starting to get pissed. I think this Bestsalvia dude shouldn't be charging peoples cards before he ships the product. Hey Glen1176, maybe you could slip me his email adress. If enough people can get to him he just may come out and be more honest on his website. Let me know how the product works if you ever get it.
