I constantly change my hip forums identity to avoid anyone finding out who i am, i doubt i can count how many i have had on my fingers.. is that weird?
I must admit i pretty paranoid too. But not quite to that extent I hope its not that easy to find out who someone is :0
Personally, I don't try to hide from anybody on here. I don't have anything to hide from anybody on hipforums. I'll post my real name, street address, and home phone number if anybody needs it, but I realize that plan doesn't work for everybody. I don't normally post my email address because spam bots used to look at it and start sending me spam. I don't think that ever happened from this site but I had that problem on some other forums. If you feel like you need to hide, you have a right to do that, but I'm not sure what the threat would be on hipforums. For me its always been a safe place to have free and open discussion. I guess that may not be the case for everybody, but then again this is the 'Paranoid?' forum.
i get alot of calls from hipforums freinds met my fiance gere i have met lifelong freinds here, people who chamged my life fopr the better..damn im glad i took the time to know em and to let them know me thrre are a few creepies out there but theres alot more amazion ppl too this summer gonna be livin with 3 ppl i met here theres only been maybe 4 i ever met on herre who were truly scary
Wow, soaringeagle. It seems like hipforums has done a lot to change your life for the better. Congratulations on your successes. I had similar results on myspace. I met my girlfriend there. We have a very good relationship and are very happy together. The circumstances of our meeting have led me to some philosophical questions which I've been discussing in the atheism and agnosticism forum, but the relationship itself is very good.
