An opportunity to something random and helpful for someone (Please read!)

This is sort of random... and I didnt know where else to post it, so Im posting it here:

If you would like to do something completely random and nice for a stranger, here is a chance.

Please stop by, and vote: My parent's couch is entered in a local newspaper's "Ugliest Couch Contest" ... and theirs IS the ugliest couch on there. And since my dad has been fighting for his disability (he has a very bad heart) and mom only has part time work, they cant afford a new one, they have too many other bills. So this contest is a good opportunity for them to win them a new one... and we WERE ahead, we are very close to winning, but a high school group recently posted their couch and now all of those kids are voting against us and are in the lead!

OK, I did it. Hope it was the right one-green and white? Is that really their couch? It seriously looks like it was dragged in from a dumpster-lol!

Yep, the green and white one ... it really is awful, they try to keep it covered with a cover but it doesnt help much, and the seat cushions slide off easily which make it nearly impossible to keep covered ... lol.

This would have been a great chance to win one, but we are behind ... a school group entered a couch and because naturally they have more supporters to vote for them, we just cant keep up. it wasnt really fair that a group was allowed to enter ... but they didnt have a rule against it... *sighs*

We would need a few thousand votes overnight to catch up. I know its possible, because each person is allowed to vote once per minute, so if a bunch of people were voting repetitively it could be won... Ive been sitting here voting a ton, lol.
